 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

During the Covid-19 Pandemic, returns and exchanges sent by mail are being delayed 1-2 weeks due to additional safety precautions taken by shipping carriers and at our return center.

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you—we'll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a quick refund. Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

Exchanges

​

We are now offering exchanges for the same item in a different sizes only. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that on your return form. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 5 to 10 business days once we receive your returned item. You will receive a new order confirmation email to the email address of the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return and issue you a gift card code. Monogrammed items are not eligible for exchange.

Return Policy

 

We know that ordering things online can be a gamble since you can’t feel the items or try anything on, so we try our best to be return-friendly. Any goods purchased must be returned within 30 days of purchase and all items are only eligible for store credit issued in the form of an electronic gift card.

 

Here is a simple run-down for returns and exchanges:

  • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of an electronic gift card sent to you via email. We cannot issue cash refunds.

  • All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date of purchase.

  • Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

  • Anything purchased at a discounted sale price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

  • Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.

  • Include your return form and original receipt (Circle the returned item(s) on the receipt.)

  • Shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.

*Please allow 5-10 days for package transit to ensure that we receive your return within the 30-day window.

*Please allow our team 5-10 business days to process your return once we receive the returned item.

*Please note that our return policy applies to both domestic and international orders.

  1. All we need you to do is fill out this return form and slip it into the package with your original receipt and the item you are returning.

  2. Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable.

  3. Once our favorite postman drops your return off at our warehouse, Beauties In Boots will unpack it and put all of your information into the system as quickly as they can!

  4. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your gift card to be issued via email. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order.

Store Credit

Oh, store credit. That beautiful little thing that allows you to be the proud owner of fabulous pieces that’ll have everyone you encounter asking "who's that girl?!" Store credit codes will

expire one year from the date of issue.

 

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

 

Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! We at Beauties In Boots are always trying to beat our records, which means we pack and ship orders fast! Once we initially process your order (usually within 2-4 hours), we won't be able to make any changes to your order. Please contact us immediately to  make any changes or cancellations customerservice@beautiesinboots.com.

 

Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed

 

Have you ever had that moment when you’ve just submitted your order and you see a top that

makes your heart stop? Well, we have too so contact us immediately! We may be able to add the item to your existing order, but only if we have not already processed your order (usually within 2-4 hours). We cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed. If you miss that window, place a new order for that can’t miss item, and, if it is within 24 hours of your previous order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to ship it out with your first order or waive the shipping fee on the additional items. Just email us at:
